Customizing the Requisition Log Layout
You can customize the requisition log to display any of the following columns, in any order that you prefer:
|
• Client |
• PID |
• Bill Type |
• User ID |
|
• Date Time |
• Sex |
• Profiles/Tests |
• # of Specimens |
|
• Req # |
• DOB |
• ICD Diagnosis Codes |
• Lab |
|
• Patient |
• Status |
• Physician |
• Gender Identity |
The data affiliated with any displayed column appears in the main row when the orders are either collapsed or expanded. This enables you to show as much or as little data as you want, and sort the data according to your needs. You can also revert to the default display at any time.
When you expand an order, the Additional Info, Accession Info, Audit History, Modifications, Archived Requisitions, and Standing Order Information areas appear as they normally would (below the main row). However, if the Profiles/Tests or ICD Diagnosis Codes area is displayed as a column, then the associated data appears only in the main row; it does not appear in an area below the main row.

Notes: • If you include the Lab column, the site ID of the lab appears in the requisition log. You can position the pointer over the site ID to see the complete name of the lab. • When you print the requisition log, it is normally printed in portrait mode. However, if you choose to display a large amount of data (for example, if you show columns that can be quite wide, such as Profiles/Tests or ICD Diagnosis Codes), the log might be printed in landscape mode, and data might be truncated. • If you removed a column that was used to sort the data, all sorting is cleared. |
