View or Print the Requisition Log Summary

1 Access the requisition log, change the filter criteria if necessary, and then click Search (as described in Filter the Requisition Log).

2 Click Log Summary.

3 Click the tab (Client Summary, Physician Breakdown, or Diagnosis Summary) for which you would like to view data.

4 To view or reprint one of the requisitions listed on the Diagnosis Summary tab, or reprint the associated labels, click the requisition number.

The requisition appears in either a separate window or the Requisition dialog box, depending on how your account was configured by an administrator.

To print the labels, click Print Labels. (This button does not appear if Make/Model is set to None on the Label Printer tab in your user profile.)

When you are finished viewing the requisition, click Close.

5 To print the information in the log summary, click at the top of the dialog box. When the Print dialog box appears, make any appropriate changes, and then click Print.

The log summary temporarily appears in a separate window. This window closes automatically as soon as the Print dialog box closes.

All of the data in the log summary is printed, not just the data associated with the tab that you are currently viewing.

6 When you have finished viewing the log summary, click Close.
