Changing Your Password, Email Address, or Mobile Phone

After you have successfully logged in, you can change your password, or the email address or mobile phone number associated with your user account at any time. For passwords, you can also optionally change the challenge question and answer that are used to confirm your identity in case you forget your password and need to have it reset.

Note: If you logged in using your network password, you cannot change your password using eLabs. If you log in using a QUESTUS network password, you must use Secure Access Manager (SAM) to reset your password. If you log in using a different domain, you might be able to reset your network password by changing your Windows password. For more information, refer to the documentation for your operating system.
