Viewing or Printing the Requisition Log Graph
From the requisition log, you can view a pie chart and “top ten” data about the displayed information for each client.
The Log Graph dialog box has four tabs:
• Entities Billed. This tab displays the top ten entities billed, broken down by insurance carrier for orders billed to carriers, including the mnemonic (for standard and custom carriers only) and full name of the carrier.
• Tests Ordered. This tab displays the top ten tests ordered (including the order code and test description).
• Diagnoses Used. This tab displays the top ten diagnoses used (including a description of each code).
• Active Physicians. This tab displays the top ten physicians who have placed orders.
If a “top ten” cannot be displayed (for example, if only two physicians have placed orders), the tab displays all of the available data. The heading above the graph indicates how many items are included in each list.
For each listed item, the appropriate total is displayed. For example, if two orders have been billed to Aetna®, then the number 2 appears next to that carrier’s name. The list of items is sorted in descending order by their totals. For items that have the same total, the list is sorted alphabetically or numerically, as appropriate. The legend indicates which color in the graph corresponds to which listed item.
You can view the percentage that each total represents, as well as print all of the graphs.
If the data displayed in the requisition log is for more than one client, there is a separate graph for each client, and the client number and name appear above each graph. You can scroll the Log Graph dialog box to see the additional graphs.
