Viewing or Reprinting a Requisition or Labels

You can reprint the requisition for any order that appears in the requisition log, including original standing orders, filed instances of standing orders, orders that were edited or transferred to the hold list after they were filed, and canceled orders.

When you reprint a requisition, the word Reprint typically appears in the upper-right corner of the requisition. If the order was edited or canceled, the word Edited or Canceled typically appears, along with the date and time that the action was taken. For canceled orders, the cancellation reason appears above the Profiles/Tests bar. For certain standing orders, the phrase Original Standing Order or Standing Order Reprint might appear.

Any reprinted requisition includes the diagnosis codes that were used at the time the order was filed. If a requisition contained ICD-9 codes, those codes appear in the reprint, even though only ICD-10 codes can be used on new requisitions.

When you access a requisition via the requisition log, you can also reprint the labels associated with that order.

Note: For filed instances of Companion Diagnostics standing orders, if the REMS ID was changed in the original standing order, the current REMS ID will appear on the reprinted requisition rather than the REMS ID that was used when the instance of the standing order was originally filed. In this case, the requisition is not marked as edited.
