Printing the Requisition Log

To ensure that you can refer to information about filed orders when you are not accessing this application, you can print the displayed data in the requisition log.

This information is normally printed in portrait mode. However, if you choose to display a large amount of data (for example, if you show columns that can be quite wide, such as Profiles/Tests or ICD Diagnosis Codes), the log might be printed in landscape mode, and data might be truncated.

Each page includes a header with the client numbers or facility, labs, and date range. The data reflects whatever columns and sort order are displayed in the requisition log, although the layout might be slightly different. For example, the diagnoses might appear below the tests rather than to the right of them.

When you define the layout for the requisition log, you can also specify whether or not page breaks should occur within records. If you do not enable that feature, there will not be page breaks within records unless the record cannot fit on only one page.
