Viewing, Printing, or Adding Attachments

If a Quest Diagnostics or contracted phlebotomist added an attachment while placing an order, you can view or print that attachment at any time. In certain situations, you might also be able to add additional attachments to an order (for example, to add a patient verification page that the patient was required to sign manually). The attachment also includes additional information, such as the date and time that each image was attached, and the user name of the person who attached the image.
