To use this application with Firefox, follow these guidelines:
• Use the appropriate 32-bit browser version (52 ESR).

Note: As a result of Firefox's plug-in support changes, Firefox 52 Extended Support Release (ESR) is now the only version of Firefox that allows Java applets to run. To print labels in Firefox, you MUST use Firefox 52 ESR. Firefox will remove Java support completely in May 2018. |
• Install Oracle JRE 1.8.
• Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
To download and install Adobe Reader, go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
In addition, be aware of the following restrictions:
• The amount of time remaining before the application timeout occurs does not appear in the status bar. In addition, you are not prompted to provide your password when the inactivity timeout expires.
• Certain keystroke shortcuts might not work.
• You must use a Java bridge rather than an ActiveX bridge to retrieve patients from an external system. (This is configured by an administrator.)
• You cannot use accessioning or collect payments.
• Firefox does not support branding.
