Internet Explorer Considerations

To use this application with Internet Explorer, follow these guidelines:

• Use the appropriate 32-bit browser version (8 or 11) with no compatibility view. (Edge is not supported.)

• Install Oracle JRE 1.8.

• Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

To download and install Adobe Reader, go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

• Add the websites for Quest Diagnostics^® (https://*.QuestDiagnostics.com), (https://*.quanumsolutions.com), and (https://*.Care360.com) to your list of trusted sites.

• Configure your browser to check for new versions of stored pages at every visit to the page and not save favorite website data, if applicable.

• Set security for your trusted sites to Low.

• In the advanced Internet options, select the Enable native XMLHTTP support and Use TLS 1.2 check boxes.

• Do not use compatibility view.

• To display the status bar with Internet Explorer 9 so that you can view the amount of time remaining before the session times out, right-click on the empty space at the top of the browser window (near the tabs) and click Status bar.

• If you are using a 64-bit operating system, use the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer. (This is the default version.)

• If you are using a proxy server, configure the browser to use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections.
