Contact Quest Diagnostics Billing

1 In the menu bar, click Billing > Contact Quest Diagnostics Billing.

Note: The Billing menu appears only if the lab supports this feature.

2 On the Billing Services website, complete the form and then click Submit.

3 Close the window.
