Manage Patient Financial Assistance

1 In the menu bar, click Billing > Patient Financial Assistance.

The Patient Financial Assistance website appears in a separate browser window.

Note: The Billing menu does not appear for contracted phlebotomists. For PSC employees and IOPs, it appears only if the lab supports this feature.

2 If the Initial Setup page appears, type your facility’s code, region, phone number, and fax number, and then click Validate.

When the confirmation message appears, click Confirm.

3 User the appropriate procedures for using this website.
