Access the Query Tool

1 In the menu bar, click References > Query Tool.

The Query Tool application appears in a separate browser window.

Notes:   • The Query Tool menu item appears only if an administrator enabled this feature for you. • If you are prompted for a user name and password, the Query Tool UUID in your user account is not valid. To have this corrected, contact the Help Desk.

2 If you can access more than one lab, in the Business Unit list, click the lab whose LIS you want to access, and then click Continue. If you can access only one lab, go to the next step.

3 Perform the appropriate steps for querying the LIS.

The page that appears and the functions that you can perform vary, depending on which LIS you are accessing. For more information, refer to the Query Tool documentation for that lab.
