Delete a Report Manager Report

1 In the menu bar, click References > Report Manager.

The Report Manager page displays all of the reports that have been requested within the past 180 days (if any).

If a particular report is going to be automatically purged within the next 30 days, a message appears at the top of the page, and the Status column for the affected report displays and the phrase To Be Purged. If you position the pointer anywhere in the row, a pop-up window displays the number of days in which the report will be purged. You can manually delete the report now, or you can let it be purged automatically in the displayed number of days.

Note: The Report Manager menu item does not appear for contracted phlebotomists.

2 In the Generated Reports area, select the check box next to each report that you want to delete.

If you select a report for which the Status column displays and the word Pending, the report generation will be canceled.

You can optionally select the check box in the row with the column headings to select all of the listed reports, or clear that check box to clear all of them.

3 Click Delete.
