Access the Knowledge Base

In the menu bar, type the word or phrase that you want to search for, and then click Search.

The knowledge base opens in a separate browser window, displaying the results of your search.

Notes:  

If you click Search without typing any text, the knowledge base opens in a separate browser window, and you can initiate your search there.

If the knowledge base is not currently available, a message appears when you click Search. You can try again later.
