Generating a Cumulative Analyte Graph

If you are allowed to view cumulative reports and at least one analyte has been measured for a particular patient, you can generate a graph that includes that analyte. If the analyte has been measured multiple times, you can easily see how the measurements have changed over time. You can also compare the measurement of that analyte to up to five other analytes.

Unlike cumulative analyte reports, cumulative analyte graphs can include any analyte that has been measured, not just those that have been defined. To help you easily select the analytes that you want to include in the graph, you can create groups of analyte favorites. You can also manually add analytes to the graph that are not included among your favorites.

You can create up to eight groups of favorite analytes, enabling you to quickly choose the analytes that you want to include or omit in a particular graph.

Notes:

You can generate a cumulative analyte graph only if the client supports this feature.

If any of the patient’s pending orders were processed at a different lab—for example, if the patient went to a Quest Diagnostics PSC while traveling—those results might not be included in the cumulative analyte graph.
