Ordering Supplies
The Supplies page allows you to electronically order a wide variety of supplies to be used exclusively for tests performed by Quest Diagnostics or with Quest Diagnostics equipment. In addition to selecting from predefined lists of items (by category), you can select from a list of favorite items based on your previous orders, and you can submit comments—for example, you can request an item that you cannot find in the list, or bring attention to items that you need immediately.
When you place an order, you can specify one or more email addresses to which shipping updates and notifications will be sent. If a particular supply is not available, you will be notified, although the procedure for this varies from lab to lab. (For example, you might receive a telephone call, or a note might appear on the packing list for the supplies that can be sent.) While placing an order, you can also create a recurring order based on the contents of your current order.
After you have placed at least one supply order, you can view your order history, including order details and shipment tracking information. You can also quickly reorder the same supplies contained in an order that you have placed previously.
From the Supplies page, you can directly access the Quest Diagnostics Test Directory website to review ordering and collection information by test by clicking 
in the top right of the page, and then clicking the Access the Quest Diagnostics Test Directory link.
