View the Check-In Summary Report
1 In the menu bar, click Utilities > Check-In Summary.
Note: The Utilities menu does not appear for contracted phlebotomists. For PSC employees and IOP users, it might not appear for some labs. |
Data for you current facility(ies) appears by default, as well as the time that the list was last refreshed.
2 In the Region list, click the desired region to limit the report to only the facilities associated with that region.
3 In the Facilities box, type one or more facility codes (separated by commas) and click Search to view the statistics for those facilities.
Note: If you specify a region, the facilities you enter will only appear if they are associated with that region. |
4 View the Check-In statistics for the selected facility(ies). For more information on the data shown, see Viewing the Check-In Summary Report.
Tips: • To sort the data shown, click the appropriate column heading. You can click the column heading again to reverse the sort order. • To go to the next page, previous page, beginning of the list, or end of the list, click the appropriate arrow button. • To indicate the number of facilities to display per page, click the appropriate number in the list—15 (default), 50, 100, or All. |
