View Extra Information

1 Retrieve patient test results (as described in Retrieve Patient Test Results).

2 Click .

3 In the list, click the item that you want to view.

4 Click View.

The extra information appears in an embedded frame at the bottom of the page. If no application is associated with the file type used by the extra information, you might be prompted to save the file or find the appropriate application (depending on your operating system).

5 Do one or more of the following:

• To change the size of the embedded frame, in the Width and Height boxes, type the appropriate number of pixels, and then click Resize. (The minimum size is 600x400. There is no maximum.)

• If the extra information is a PDF file, use any of the options associated with the embedded Adobe Reader frame to browse, resize, save, or print the extra information. For other types of files, you can perform additional tasks (such as printing the image) by right-clicking within the frame and clicking the appropriate option in the pop-up menu.

• To view a different document, click the appropriate item in the list and then click View.

• To return to the list of available reports, click Back.
