Accessing Quest Diagnostics Billing Services

For labs that support these features, the following billing options are available:

• Contact Quest Diagnostics Billing. You can contact the Quest Diagnostics billing department with any billing questions that you might have.

• View billing trailers for a client. In-office phlebotomist users can access the Billing Trailers website to view and resolve any trailers related to one or more of your clients.

• Collect payment from non-draw patients. If your facility has been enabled to do so, you can use the Pay Invoice feature to collect a patient’s payment on an open invoice, without having to initiate a new lab order.

Note: These features are not available for contracted phlebotomists.
