• Search the dictionary. You can view information about insurance carriers, diagnoses, and tests without placing an order. For more information, see Searching the Dictionary.
• Look up limited coverage policies. Before placing an order, you can determine whether or not the patient’s insurance carrier might pay for a particular test. You can also see a list of all of the diagnoses that will satisfy a carrier’s limited coverage policies, and those that are not supported. • Access clinical drug monitoring information. You can access information about drug use statistics, tests and services, and other resources related to clinical drug monitoring. For more information, see Accessing Clinical Drug Monitoring Information.
• Log into IntelliTest Manager™. You can access information regarding new tests, changes to existing tests, and other important updates to the test menu for labs that support this feature. For more information, see Accessing IntelliTest Manager.
• Access the laboratory information system (LIS). If an administrator enabled this feature for you, you can access the Query Tool application to search for information within a particular LIS. For more information, see Accessing the Query Tool.
• Manage reports. You can request, view, and delete various reports, based on your user type. For more information, see Working with Report Manager.
