Delete an Existing Routing Rule
1 Display the existing routing rules (as described in View the Order Routing Rules.)
2 Click
next to each rule that you want to delete.
The letter D appears on the right side, indicating that this rule will be deleted.

Tip: You can also add a new routing rule (as described in Add a Routing Rule), edit an existing rule (as described in Change an Existing Routing Rule), or change the order of the rules (as described in Change the Order of the Routing Rules). |
3 In the Requester Information area, if any required information (Name, Email, and Phone) is missing or incorrect, provide the appropriate information.
This area should display the contact information for the ordering provider or the appropriate person to contact with any questions about this request.
4 To include any comments, type them in the Comments area.
5 Click Submit.
A message indicates that your request has been submitted, and you will be contacted when your request has been completed.
